Should you experience difficulty accessing the AutoClub Member's area please read the following notes.
Username and Password:
Ensure you enter your username and password correctly, as they are case sensitive. If you have entered all correctly and still cannot gain access to the AutoClub area, please email us with your existing username or the email address you signed up under.
Didn't Receive OR Lost Username/Password:
If you did not get to create a username and password during the signup process you can create your username and password now. (This is not for looking up a lost or forgotten username or password, this applies to only those Members who did not get to create their username and password at the time that they signed up)
As a pre-caution a temporary username and password is included with our welcome message sent automatically to the email address you signed up with.
Lost Login Information
Request your username and password information be sent to the email address you signed up with.
Email Address Not Found?
Some people mis-enter the spelling of their email address during the signup process and therefore do not receive a payment receipt notice from Paypal or our welcome email with a temporary username and password. In this situation there is not alot you or we can do until you email us about the problem.
